I have my A-110 on order as well for our bedroom system. Our XBOX 360 we used as a Media Center Extender / Media Player died Sunday night and it is out of warranty. Bought a Linksys DMA2100 to replace the Media Center functionality but streaming high-def AVC rips of Blu-Ray and HD-DVD disks doesn't work (stuttering)...I think it has something to do with the movie being transferred via my Linksys NAS-200 -> HTPC -> Extender. Regular DVDs work fine. One thing I am interested in is the Jukebox players that people are working on...I was looking at building two HTPCs and use a combination of TMT and MyMovies to create a video jukebox but it looks like I can do a lot of the same things with a Popcorn Hour (not as automated of course) for about half to a 1/3 the cost.

They extended all warranties awhile back , you might want to check to see if your 360 is still covered
