NBC Olympics on the Go adds 64-bit Vista Media Center support
Looks like Wavexpress heard your complaints, adding a 64-bit version to its free NBC Olympics on the Go Windows Vista Media Center application. Personally, we'd have been checking out the Opening Ceremony for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games last night, but the TVTonic developers were still cranking away, so get with the downloading. Already available are soccer clips and the full opening in SD, with HD highlights of the IOC prez speaking last night.

I wish I could manage the downloads from the app, outside of media center. The way it downloads the videos make no sense at all. I tried downloading the olympic opener and the 26 parts downloaded in completely random order. So I had to wait for all of it to finish instead of watching the beginning and having the rest download while I was watching.
NBC should just make all of it available for streaming too. Some events don't show up on their streams at all but are available for download from this.

This is major for me. This is one of the things that if there wasn't a 64-bit version, I wouldn't move to Vista 64 bit. A major hurdle has been cleared for me.
