I upgraded my TiVo HD with a Hitachi Cinemastar 1 GB internal drive for less than the price of an S3. Granted, the S3 had value when it was the only game in town, but once the HD came out, there wasn't much of a need for it anymore.

Sorry if I sounded kind of flippant, it was supposed to be humorous.
