Sorry, but I can't support a service where half the users say their HD quality is worse than with another provider (based on an uverseusers.com poll). Considering most people don't normally see HD problems, that is a terrible showing.

Those voters must not have been former TWC customers! My move to U-verse was soooo sweet with a much better picture (and audio). And actual HD channels to watch! I'm in heaven. I do miss HDTheater, though. at&t got the Car-HDTheater instead of the Nature-HDTheater. Not so compelling. Cars that were considered weenie when I was a kid selling for $60,000 is more than I can take. I'll have to check out this so-called poll to see what's what.
