I'm not even using any of TiVo's advanced "Swivel Search" or recommendation features because I don't want to opt into the lower level of anonymity that's required to do that. It's bad enough that they know what what people are watching down to the FF/Rew times. The LAST thing I want to do is tell Tivo what my Amazon user ID is, and let them make a record of everything I'm browsing and buying online so they can cross reference me into the Big Brother advertising future we're headed toward.
