I'm hoping they've fixed the HD freezing problem. It's happened to me a couple of times and restarting the unit is not the most pleasant thing to do in the middle of a favorite show.

My TiVo HD reboots randomly but thankfully not very often.

Rob, if your TiVo is freezing then it is probably full. However, a software update could keep it from overfilling itself.

I found a clip on YouTube showing how the unit would freeze when switching from hd to sd and then back to hd. I tried it and it did freeze. So I had to unplug the power cord for a few seconds because the gui would not respond. I'm hoping the new software will correct it.
