Although Binghamton, New York is far from being as
blessed as Manhattan in the HD department right now (at least on Time Warner Cable), the carrier is doing everything it can to bring equality to the high-def landscape in the Empire State. Shortly after Disney HD, ABC Family HD and Toon Disney HD
surfaced on the EPG, two more channels -- Planet Green HD (830) and Travel Channel HD (837) -- have emerged. As expected, these two are also being delivered via switched digital video (SDV), so you CableCARD users will just have to hang tight
for now. [

argh! still no USA HD or SciFi HD on time warner!!! why do they hate NBC stations....and me???
actually, they're coming up on contract renewals with a bunch of NBC stations, so I'm assuming thats why they havent picked up any new ones, and hoping they'll reach an agreement to continue broadcasting NBC stations, and pick up the HD channels as well.

directv is cheaper where i live and has more HD channels, not to mention more channels in general. Pass on Time Warner anal rape cable.
