Picture clarity and color are my highest priorities (as are probably most people). Would you all think I should get the Panasonic Plasma over this AOC LCD (The L42H861) with only spending $1k? The color is brilliant and the picture 1080 clear.  It does take about 8 seconds for the picture and sound to come up after power-up though.
