I have had U-verse in Dallas, TX for the last 6 months. I have had great service and picture quality with both HD and SD. The only drawbacks are only one DVR and no full home DVR capabilities yet. Although, that is supposed to change. Internet speed has been quick (Pro Service @ 3 Mbps) and the one service issue I had, was resolved quickly.

I recommend it, still young system, but only getting better.
