Are you El Paso by chance? If you are I would stay away from TWC. Their PQ (when I had cable) sucks and when my modem died, I had a 10 day wait till a tech would grace me with his presence. I live in El Paso and used to have TWC. It was awful. The 5 Mbps connection down was wonderful... When it worked.

I now have AT&T, Dish, and HomeZone (despite the slow 1.5 Mbps in my neighborhood) and have not had any major problems since it was installed in December.
