Has something happened in RDU to the boxes? The HD DVRs in Fayetteville weren't bad; they had pretty decent storage and this may come as a shock....but my box never crashed on me. I didn't know we were the 3rd largest market for TWC...knowing that it's unbelievable that we get such lack of attention.
