So what's the chance that Samsung keeps making DLPs come next year? I'm thinking zilch, but if others can offer any reason Samsung would stick it out with Mitsubishi, I'd like to hear them. Personally, I'm more inclined to get an LED-based DLP.

they should have the 72 inch dlp led model next year. I would wait for ces in january 09. this year they improved the led its brighter, but next year should be better because they did show off a prototype dlp led set at 67 inches with 500,000 to 1 contrast ratio and 240hz
