They should include the copy on disc instead of passing the cost, and time, on to the consumers. ISPs are already mailing out letters warning their customers about excessive traffic and "recommending" moving up to a higher, and more expensive, plan.
Downloading would work better for me. My computer drive doesn't recognize Blu-Ray.
