This is really a pain for my household as we spend a lot of time out of town and like to switch queues when one or the other is away. I can't really think of one single way that this could "help to continue to improve the Netflix website for all customers" - can you?

The wife and I loved this feature when we moved over from Blockbuster. Very sad to see it go. We, also, do not see how this is an 'improvement'.
