All FSN's College Football games will be presented in HD
This may really turn out to be the year for HD football. We kinda expected the NFL to go all HD, but we were shocked to hear that all of ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN U games would be presented in HD; and we are even more shocked to hear that all 31 of FSN's College Football games will be presented in HD this year. This really just leaves the smaller providers like Jefferson Pilot in the SD world, but at this rate we wouldn't be one bit surprised to hear that it is going HD too.

Jefferson Pilot (now Raycom) is going to be doing all their games in HD also.

It's not a formal announcement, but it's a link asking for sponsorship of the HD broadcasts. (They did this same thing with the ACC HD broadcasts for basketball last year, and that came true exactly as noted in one of these same pages)

What about ESPN Gameplan? Those will all still be in SD, right?

This is pretty significant, seeing as the FSN-HD channel on Twin-Cities Comcast hasn't even been a dedicated channel, or had more than one or two HD games each Saturday.

Now if comcast would add Fox Sports here in Portland, OR to their HD line up, I could actually watch them in HD. :)
