Maybe DISH should just drop to the floor and have a tantrum next time they're in the court room. It might be more productive.
TiVo's got income from DirecTV and Comcast, not to mention subscribers, so I don't see DISH killing them off by drawing out the proceedings. If they're waiting for the patents to expire, well, they'll still have to pay up for the period they were valid with interest no less.

And triple damages at this point. Not to mention whatever the court tacks on for contempt. Like a year in jail for the CEO.
