This is like a flame war between a psychotic jerk and a forum administrator, where the jerk posts 1000 line rant after 1000 line rant replying to an accumulation of posts so confusing that only he understands where it all started. And it lasts only until the admin brings the hammer down.
Sooner or later the Federal courts are going to express a rather dim view of DISH's refusal to honor TiVo's patents. Don't stand too close.
