I should get a free HDTV from Olevia, since I have 6 friends that have all purchased a TV from them after watching mine. I love the brand for their prices and they have great customer service too! I had an issue with my first HD STB and they not only responded to my email in 10 min, the guy that responded to my email,called me too. I can't speak for vizio from experience, but I do love my Olivea HDTV fo sho...no regrets.
