FSN: 24/7 high definition in 2009, more HD than any other sports provider

I have directv in los angeles, and i have both FSN West and FSN prime ticket in HD channels, but neither of my baseball games are broadcast in HD, but when i go over to my girlfriend's house, where she has one channel dedicated to FSN HD and it only turns on when there's an actual HD game on, her baseball games are in HD. what gives?

and yes, i'm 100% sure i'm on FSN's hd channel.
