To answer the original question of the gentleman : Use wires, you are not obliged to hide them in walls. Tack them to the bottom of the wall, hide them under a carpet, and voilà. Until we find a safe way to transmit energy wirelessly, even wireless speakers will need wires, for power. Plus, "wireless" speaker universally sound bad. So why bother ?
