JVC, Kenwood to merge under JVC Holdings

Interesting that Denon car stereo units in the lower range were dead ringers using JVC guts, then this. Kenwood wants Denon, then I recently got a survey from Denon asking about them making car stereo systems in factory vehicles. Wonder who will make the units with/for them?
