A new firmware was released, but normally you need to contact Samsung and they will sent a technician. However the instructions to build a cable, the flash program and the firmware were released on the internet soon after. I build the cable myself and flashed my TV with no problem at all. After about a week, the TV started to do the 'phantom reset'... I downloaded the firmware, followed the instructions, and within two to three minutes, my TV was patched.<br><br>I haven't had the issue (knock on wood) since. On the box was a label saying that this TV included the update to the latest software. I checked the software version and indeed it already included the latest version, so I didn't need to do any more.
