I own one of these and $399 is about $75 less than I paid a long time ago, but the newer models will be far more up to date with the profiles and the audio formats and should sell for roughly the same price. My S300 isn't even HDMI 1.3. It's a quality player and it has 5.1 analog outputs which is great for my poor old receiver, but these should sell for $299 at the most. Don't spend your stimulus package on it.

Look for mine on Ebay when the Oppo Blu-Ray player comes out.

mugatu

Comments on

Mine works well for me. Oh, and contrary to what I posted in the comments for review for this, it's NOT Bonus View capable.
