Its a free service. There are lots-well some-some hd channels on sky and stuff but you have to pay a fortune to watch them. Its great for Uk and Ireland I think. BBChave the same preview programs on all day 7 days a week , with the odd program put in in the evening I watched football also Wimbledon on HD  then switched over to normal but no diferent ITV do not have a channel on the list of programs but watched football on it ,same as BBC no diferent in quality not happy  !!!1]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[len]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jul 3rd 2008 8:57AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
