I thought SACD was dead. My PS3 has SACD support but Sony canned it in the newer 40Gb models like even they had given up on it.
Sony canning SACD? The 40GB version is simply the low-end model of the PS3 range. Allow them some differentiation to reach a certain price spread. Check out PS3SACD.com for more info.
