We already have that. It is here. It's called 120hz refresh rate. It is not so much about fast motion and sharper picture, but it is depth effect you get. No need for multi layer LCD, just go to your local Best Buy and watch a blu-ray movie on a Samsung or Sony 120hz and be amazed. It is the future. A lot of people can not put their finger on in but I saw it the first time I saw the effect six months ago. Right now, 120hz lcd's are so slow that they cause more blurring, pixelating, and artifacting with it on than off. PLUS... movies are filmed in 24fps, so what good does it do to have 120fps? It makes it look like the cameraman turned off the image stabilization.

P.S. Read the article... it's MULTILAYER DEPTH

Sinh Truong

Comments on PureDepth's Multi-Layer Display technology to ship soon

i can't even begin to tell you how wrong you are...

Sinh Truong
