What an idiot.
Anyone working at a store that sells tvs would know that no tv sells for $3.16.
If he was going to bother, he sould have reduced the price by $50-$100 not divide it by over 100!
People this stupid shouldn't be allowed to procreate.

Thank god that criminals are stupid! $3.16 for a TV, I would have loved to be the next person in line, just to see the look on the cashiers face! He must be related to the guy that tried to rob the bank from the drive through.?

Shouldn't any store (except maybe a small grocery or convenience store) have point of sales that describe the item being scanned? So if it did scan, the cashier would know right away what the UPS was for. Why four scan attempts?
