Actually whether the games are displayed in HD or not the bandwidth useage is the same because the resolution is rendered client-side. You don't need the "HD" in that description - its not like streaming HD video where the pixel data is transmitted. It streams the game's file data which is then processed and rendered locally. It works just like high def Xbox Marketplace games do, but... faster.
Seems like an updated, working version of that illusive Phantom console that never appeared.
