FSN Bay Area was unique because it is partially owned by Comcast, since they started the original sports channel in the Bay Area. We're talking Giantsvision days. With CSN coming in and taking away the major television rights away from FSN, FSN eventually folded about a year after CSN Chicago launched.  It looks as if Comcast wants to become a force in the regional sports network scene. They had the MLB on Fox theme, which is really a great piece of music that gets you pumped for the game.
