Retarded. I dropped iTunes for the (IMO) better Zune platform. If they want to stop pirates they need to know what DRM is not the way to do it. DRM only punishes those who don't abuse the system. And those who do abuse the system will just find a way around the DRM. No thanks says I.

Um... isn't the Microsoft store through Zune protected by DRM as well though? How does using Zune software change anything?
Besides, iTunes does offer it's "Plus" files, which actually sound really good and are DRM free. True though, they don't offer a video version yet.
