Samsung's Auto Motion Plus so fast, so real it requires expletive to describe
It's not like we haven't seen HD-related websites hacked up before, but we're most certainly hoping some wiseguy (or gal) at Samsung didn't deliberately whip this one up. On a promo website for the firm's 120Hz Auto Motion Plus technology, it nonchalantly explains that said innovation enables the display to "keep it fast and real," but closes things out with a word typically reserved for less public settings. We're hoping someone cleans this up real quick like, but we've screen-capped the offending image above for the sake of comedy.
Update: It's been fixed -- fun's over, kids.

This ad is a riot. I've got a Samsung 120Hz set, the 4671. With the 120Hz Motion Plus on, there is a TERRIBLE motion blur with fast-moving objects, like footbals. Funny, since Samsung is the official television of the NFL. See the AVS forums for thousands of posts on this and Samsung's lack of ability to provide a software and hardware fix to it's customers(guinea pigs). Bitch indeed.

I have a newer version, and my 4671 works great with AMP on High. So it is bitchin' indeed.

Congratulations on your find. You're the first! And I said "bitch" not "bitchin'" bitch.

I think this is the greatest HDTV campaign in the history of HD campaigns. I really hope Samsung did this on purpose but I have a feeling this was just a mistake and people are running around at Samsung trying to fix this.

Samsung is doing some user feedback / consumer focus group kinds of sessions in the SF Bay Area soon.
They are looking for DIYers and mavericks and power users types.
You can find more details and the forms to sign up at http://www.rulebreakers2008.com/
I have it on good authority that they are not getting a pile of entries, so your chances of getting selected are good.
From the web site:
Are you a TV rule breaker?
Do you have your own, unconventional ways of watching TV? Have you substituted TV with some other media experiencewhether it be just for you, or for spending time with family and friends? Have you cobbled together a TV or home theater system that makes your family and friends think you are eccentric? Are you pushing your system to the limits?
If so, a team of Samsungs world-class TV engineers are traveling the 5613 miles from Seoul to San Francisco Bay Area to meet you in personand yes, they're the geeky types. No middlemen, no marketing reports, no focus groups, just face to face inspiration from people who love TV as much as they do.
Show us your stuff for a chance to win one of four new 46" Samsung flat panel TVs.
20 finalists will each receive $250 USD.
