been seeing this on the welcome screen. Hopefully its some worthwhile content and not some HD surgery or something

No, it's not worth it because I still don't have the SciFi Channel HD, and Battlestar Galactica is about to start up again! ARRGH!
I like Insight, but their service has fallen behind in terms of variety of HD content. I'm so close to switching to DirecTV, it's not even funny.

They also have AMC HD as an option. The new show Breaking Bad looks good. I was just thinking I should call Insight to complain about the lack of Starz in HD when I saw it was on HD VOD. I will agree the fact that they went TBS instead of SciFi was a big mistake.

I have yet to see anything on TBS HD that was actually HD. Even stuff that has HD masters, like The Office, and many movies I've seen on sister network TNT are played in letterboxed stretch-o-vision. Nasty.
