Basically they botched the whole thing just like they did in Williamsburg.

The other interesting thing is for nearly 2 years they have been advertising that they had an all optical network.

Ha ha ha ha...

Man, these people stuck.

Call them up: "We are sorry, but we have no idea when we will be able to restore network service."
