You may wish to contact the authorities (FTC, DOJ, etc) and provide them with your evidence of predatory pricing. After all, you would not make claims such as dumping and predatory pricing unless you have proof such as Microsoft internal documentation to back up your position. You may also want to make a complaint against ASUS for selling a drive for the same price (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135161).
