I've had Comcast ever since VOOM went belly up and I must say that they have continually upgraded their HD and HD VOD. It's to the point now where I just don't have enough time to watch it all (even with some stuff stored on the DVR). I know people like to bitch about Comcast (especially their prices) but damn, they do deliver.
