�While it seems that most of the industry is going Blu-ray exclusive or simply staying put, indie distributor Surround Records has decided to go format agnostic.�

Erm, they�ve moved from just HD-DVD, to both. This is yet another good thing for Blu-ray, not sure how you managed to make it sound negative. :)
