Portland is Qwest Territory, much of the rest of the metro has Verizon as their local telco.
We've had the FIOS triple play for about a month now and have been really happy with it. Though we're not having the easiest time with comcast trying to get our refund they owe us from canceling.

It's all over the Portland Metro area.. but not actually in Portland. What gives?
