NuVision ships 42-, 47- and 52-inch 1080p Lucidium Deep Black LCD TVs
Remember that flurry of Lucidium Deep Black 1080p displays that we saw NuVision launch last summer? Apparently, a trio of them are finally shipping, and they just so happen to be three very desirable sizes. The 42-, 47- and 52-inchers are all hitting the road right now, with the former two sporting NiDO III Image processing, 4x HDMI 1.3 inputs and a 1080p Deep Color Spectrum LCD panel, and the latter adding in a NuColor x.v. full 10-bit color path. Can't wait to claim your own? Bust out the pocketbook then, as these will run you $2,199, $2,799 and $4,199 from smallest to largest.

Seriously, how can any LCD manufacturer continue to claim "Deep Blacks" on any of their LCDs? LCDs will NEVER have deep blacks as current Plasmas have. The only chance LCDs of having deep blacks is LED and the Samsung 81 series doesn't count considering it horribly sucks as bad as any current low budget LCD panel.
Pioneer Kuro Plasmas are the best available now for deep ink blacks. There's a popular saying: There's Kuro and then everything else.

Would you like to support your assertion that the 81 series "sucks as bad as any current low budget LCD panel"? I fail to see how the 81 series sucks as it has the deepest black levels seen on any LCD right now. Heck it's black levels are even supposed to even rival that of the Kuro.
