That will probably be because the BD allies will be able to sell a lot more Blu-rays and thus lower their price to half what it is today, but it might also be just to gouge customers who now have no other options. It's actually a very good movie.  Now I know the reviewers at Rotten Tomato would rather watch The Queen, but if you like action zombie movies then  this is a good one to watch. HD > SD<br><br>I don't care what format it is, and Personally, I see no difference between them. Fox and Lionsgate is the only one make TRUE Blu-ray movies. (13% of Blu-ray movies are DTS Master) WTF is with the 5.1 Unconpressed from Sony and Disney movies? Talk about cheap... Oh then you have the perfect 1/8 of the movies that DVD has. Why is there so little of movies to choose from both sides? It's Pathetic!<br><br>Ps. RE:E did suck, its a video game movie adaption...enough said. It's like DOOM. You see, HD DUD fanboys like their sound compressed as much as possible.  When you have difficultly hearing (and seeing), I guess sound isn't to big of a deal. A Blu-ray machine might be able to play HD-DVDs at some point, but not vice versa.<br><br>The blu-ray hardware spec has a maximum audio+video system bandwidth of 48mbps versus a paltry 30mbps for HD-DVD. So the DSPs and other components probably couldn't handle that bitrate.
