This stinks of a vaporware publicity stunt. I'll believe it when I see it. I'm not comforted that the Mr. Gonzalez quoted is the Founder, CEO, and CTO. Do they have birds in the air? How much money does that cost? Let's ask Dish, DirecTV, Sirius and XM. These guys are fishing to raise money -- or to get bought. Classic vaporware. This is Gizmondo all over again, but for the HD set this time (gamers have had enough disappointment).
You don't need to own your own bird to offer this type of service and the current iDirect platform is perfect for all that they're "said" to offer. I'd say a single transponder is all they'd need if it's not a real time streaming service.
