Probably a custom digital media server. Studios transfer films to digital using 4K and 8K scanners. They are probably piping that to this display.
I saw something similar in the early-90's when one of the first HDTV's was on display. At that time, the only way to display HD on it was to use one of a half-dozen digital HD tape formats on a prototype commercial production device.
