Without even bothering to read the rules or go to the registration site, here's my take...If you have a computer and browse Engadget, you have no business getting a government handout for a digital tuner. THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED TO HELP POOR PEOPLE!The fact that you register for the give away via a website sucks. The fact that Engadget is encouraging it's reader to sign up sucks even worse.
