I contacted comcast and asked when we would get new HD channels added to our lineup.  The rep said that it is up to the network provider to make the channel available in my local market.  Is this true?  Why would say HGTV not want to make HGTV HD available everywhere?  We only have a handful of HD channels in Denver via comcast.
