Its sad there won't be any immediate changes. I've recently switched to Dish Network only keeping locals and Internet with insight. I had so much trouble with Insight, pixilations, sound cutting out, channels not coming in, losing sound when fast forwarding through DVR requiring a power cycle of the box. I had 10 service calls and about 5 different cable boxes and nothing fixed the problems. All the Insight reps told me different reasons why it's doing what it was doing but none could fix the problem. I can only hope Comcast will do a better job.
Hey Travis, Have you tried 'powering down, then powering up'?
I am most excited for Comcast to come in and make some new commercials-- it can be maxi-pads or laxatives, just stop telling me about the triple play!!!
