I've recently switched to Dish Network only keeping locals and Internet with insight. I had so much trouble with Insight, pixilation’s, sound cutting out, channels not coming in, losing sound when fast forwarding through DVR requiring a power cycle of the box. This has the whole story:

http://www.insight-com.com/documents/insight_04022007.pdf

The worst part of insight and now comcast is the really crappy dvr box they have that is a piece of shit. We also haven't gotten any upgrades in HD for the longest time since Insight knew this change was coming. Maybe that Tivo software can make a difference.

Also, Insight never carried the Big Ten network in the areas changing either, so no difference there.
