The oppo HDMI 3-1 (not 4 inputs but 3) supports 1.3 and deep color (though not 36 bit but no media uses deep color anyways) and it's $100. Or Joytech's http://www.joytech.net/5/products/ps3/13/126/HDMI-TriLink-Switcher.htm#specs is even LESS expensive and supports 1.3.

I wonder how this compares to product ID 3728 at monoprice. That is a 4x2 featuring HDMI 1.3 also.
