I, for one, don't really care at all about having some movie producer/director talking over my movie. But with all the PS3s going 1.1 this week, it takes some of the ammunition out of the HD DVD fanboy's guns. For most people, director commentary and the like is nothing more than a bullet point on a box... they just want to watch a movie.
No, now we just get to point out that 1.1 still doesn't include internet connectivity, which EVERY HD DVD player is required to have. A BD 1.1 player doesn't compare to a standard HD DVD player in functionality, only a 2.0 player would.
