We've already reached the limit with which our eyes can detect any change in resolution. In fact, 720p should be good enough for normal TV sizes 60 inches and smaller and normal viewing distances. CNET already did a review of 1080p and 720p and found very little noticable difference. 2000 is just silly. More excuses to sell technology.
