HD DVD is the more attractive format to indie and the small studios.

That's just a fact
(unless you're big enough for Sony to try and bribe you onboard, eh Disney?
....and you thought the Blu-wails - and their invented BS - about Paramount was some sort of 'righteous indignation'? LMAO)

The demands of the HD DVD contract and the fees imposed are much less than Blu-ray's.
