This is really unfortunate for Pioneer - they make the absolute best fpds. Too bad most people don't care about the picture quality and would buy panels that are a bargain pr overpriced crap like ALL LCD panels.

I hope Pio continues to improve on their already amazing Kuro plasmas. Kuros are the true step up above CRT. Everything else is junk.

I couldn't agree more! At last someone who can see LCD for what it is................good marketing and the main stay for stay at home moms who just must have a flat screen TV that they can hang at an inappropriate height above their fake fire place.
